This 24-station rotary hot melt labeler is built for ultra-high-capacity round bottle mass production, with stepless speed control delivering stable throughput of 36,000 to 42,000 bottles per hour. All core parts are precision machined in-house. It fits containers up to 105mm in diameter and processes OPP film, pearlescent film, paper-plastic composite film and paper labels of 30–130mm height. Its targeted roller gluing only coats adhesive on both label ends, cutting glue waste and long-term material costs. It resolves four major operational troubles for super-high-output factories: excessive hot melt glue consumption, frequent label breakage, time-consuming mold changes, and scratch defects on bottle surfaces. Weighing 6,000kg, it maintains a constant 120°C–160°C melting temperature for reliable round-the-clock labeling.
